The second generation of the popular used Honda CR-V was produced between 2002 and 2006. Among many other offers from the second-hand market, it seems to be one of the best picks when it comes to small SUV’s. The used Honda CR-V offers a fantastic combination of universal features like roomy and functional interior, car-like handling, above-average reliability and decent fuel economy. Thanks to the universal construction the vehicle has almost car-like handling. The ride is rather stiff yet comfortable, while the tight turning radius is great for city driving or parking maneuvers. The only engine choice is a strong and reliable 2.4 litre 4 cylinders DOHC i-VTEC motor working with a manual or automatic transmission. The interior of the used Honda CR-V is spacious and has high driving position which gives very good visibility. The front seats have the armrests for better comfort and a folding tray between them which allows to access to the rear seat row. The cargo room is quite decent, but transporting longer items requires folding the rear seats. The standard equipment level is also generous. All the used Honda CR-V models have disk brakes on all four wheels, ABS and front side airbag as standard. The upgraded versions also offer Vehicle Stability Assist with Traction Control. All in all, it is a well equipped and reliable vehicle offering plenty of space for passengers and cargo making it a perfect option for a family car.
